What LevyLog is
LevyLog is a tool for council checkpoint staff to log vehicle levies, record collections, and generate internal management reports. It is designed to work offline with optional cloud sync.
LevyLog is not an official accounting or bookkeeping application and cannot replace your council’s official accounting system. It should only be used to assist staff with generating internal management reports. Your council remains responsible for official records, receipt numbering, and reconciliation with its accounting system.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your council account credentials secure.
- Ensure inspectors use PINs on shared devices.
- Download and file exported reports regularly — the app does not store PDF or CSV exports.
- Verify report figures against your official systems before relying on them for financial decisions.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play. See our pricing page and refund policy.
Availability
We aim to keep LevyLog reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Cloud sync requires internet access and a configured backend.
Limitation of liability
LevyLog is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. FieldMouse Systems is not liable for losses arising from reliance on app data in place of official council accounting records.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
