LevyLog is operated by FieldMouse Systems. Privacy contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account: email and password (password handled by our auth provider).
- Council data: inspector profiles, vehicle logs, payment collections, council settings (units, checkpoints, Izwe accounts, farms, products), flags, and audit entries — on your device and in your cloud backup when sync is enabled.
We do not sell your data, run ads, or use analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not collect GPS location or contacts.
How we use it
To run the app, sync and back up your council data, handle account sign-in, and respond to support requests.
Where it is stored
Cloud services use Supabase (authentication and database). See Supabase’s privacy policy for their practices.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google via RevenueCat. We receive subscription status, not your full card details. Cancel in the store where you subscribed — deleting your LevyLog account does not cancel billing.
Retention
Data is kept while your council account is active. Export reports you need to keep — PDFs and CSV exports are not stored in the app.
Request account deletion
You can ask FieldMouse Systems to delete your LevyLog council account and associated cloud data.
How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the email address used for your council account.
- Use the subject line: Delete LevyLog account.
- Include your council name (if known). We may reply to confirm you are authorised to delete the account.

- Council account email and authentication record
- Cloud backup: inspector profiles, vehicle logs, collections, council settings, flags, and audit entries
What we keep
- Nothing beyond what we are legally required to retain (for example, billing records held by Google Play or Apple).
Timing
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request.
Subscriptions
Deleting your LevyLog account does not cancel a Google Play or App Store subscription. Cancel billing separately in your store account under Subscriptions.
Delete some data without deleting your account
Authorised users can edit or delete individual vehicle logs and flagged cases inside the app without closing the whole council account.
Your rights
Edit data in the app, export reports, or email us for access or GDPR requests where applicable.
Security & children
Each cloud account can access only its own council data. Inspector PINs help on shared devices but do not replace securing your council password and device lock. LevyLog is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
