App Store (iOS)
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com or your Apple account settings.
Google Play (Android)
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are subject to Google’s refund policies. Request a refund via Google Play order history or Google Play Help.
Before you cancel
- Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not automatically delete your council data.
- Export any reports you need before uninstalling.
